These terms govern your use of the ZENISOSOFTWORKS website, operated by Zeniso from Costa Rica. By browsing this site, you agree to them.

1. What this site is

ZENISOSOFTWORKS is an informational website showcasing independent software, games, and game mods created by Zeniso, including the upcoming Nexus product family (Nexus, LAN NEXUS, WAN NEXUS, NEXUS ZERO, and NEXUS BRIDGE). Unless stated otherwise, everything described here is in development or pre-release: features, screenshots, release dates, availability, and pricing are all subject to change without notice.

2. Intellectual property

The ZENISOSOFTWORKS name, the Nexus name and logo, and all other trademarks, logos, text, graphics, and other content on this site are the property of Zeniso / ZENISOSOFTWORKS unless otherwise credited, and may not be copied, reproduced, republished, or redistributed for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to: attempt to gain unauthorized access to this site or its infrastructure; interfere with or disrupt its normal operation; scrape or bulk-copy its content for redistribution; or use it for any unlawful purpose.

4. No warranty

This site, and any information it presents about current or upcoming products, is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Development builds, screenshots, and roadmaps reflect a point in time and may not represent the final product.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zeniso and ZENISOSOFTWORKS will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your access to, or inability to access, this site.

6. Third-party services

This site is hosted and delivered through Cloudflare, Inc., and may link to other third-party services. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the content, availability, or practices of any third-party service.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Costa Rica. Any dispute arising from your use of this site will be subject to the competent courts of Costa Rica, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you under the law of your own country of residence.

8. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms as the site and our products evolve. Continued use of the site after a change is posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
