Privacy Policy

ZENISOSOFTWORKS ("we," "us," "ZENISOSOFTWORKS") is operated by Zeniso, based in Costa Rica. This policy explains what happens to information when you visit this website, in plain terms.
1. The short version
This site does not use cookies and does not run advertising scripts. It has no accounts, forms, or newsletter to sign up for. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-focused, cookieless analytics tool, to see aggregate traffic trends (like how many people visit and which pages are popular) — it does not identify you individually. The only thing stored on your device is your language preference (English/Spanish), which stays on your own browser and is never sent to us.
2. Information we collect
Local storage (language preference). When you pick a language or the site detects your browser's language, we save that choice in your browser's local storage under the key zs_lang. This value never leaves your device, is not linked to your identity, and is not accessible to us. You can clear it at any time from your browser's site-data settings.
Standard hosting logs. Like virtually every website, this site is served through infrastructure operated by our hosting and content-delivery provider, Cloudflare, Inc. Cloudflare automatically processes limited technical data (such as IP address, browser type, and request timestamps) as necessary to deliver content, protect the site from abuse, and keep it online. We do not receive, store, or analyze this data ourselves. You can review Cloudflare's own privacy practices at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, or advertising networks on this site, and we do not sell or share personal information with third parties, because we do not collect any to begin with.
Web analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand traffic in aggregate (page views, visit counts, approximate country, performance metrics). It is designed by Cloudflare to work without cookies, without any persistent client-side identifiers, and without cross-site tracking, and it does not build a profile of individual visitors. We only see anonymous, aggregated numbers — never a list of who visited.
3. Legal basis for processing (EU/EEA visitors)
To the extent any technical data described above qualifies as personal data under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), it is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating, securing, and maintaining this website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not rely on consent for any processing described here, because we do not deploy non-essential cookies or trackers that would require it.
4. Your rights
Costa Rica. Under Law No. 8968 (Protection of Individuals with Regard to the Processing of Personal Data) you have the right to access, rectify, cancel, and object (derechos ARCO) to the processing of any personal data we may hold about you. The enforcement authority is PRODHAB (Agencia de Protección de Datos de los Habitantes). Since this site does not collect identifiable personal data, there is generally nothing on file to access or delete — but you're welcome to contact us with any question.
European Economic Area. If GDPR applies to you, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, or restrict processing of your personal data, to object to processing, to data portability, and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
California. We do not sell or share personal information, and we do not collect the categories of personal information that would trigger most CCPA/CPRA disclosure obligations. You may still contact us to ask what, if anything, we hold about you.

5. Data retention
We do not retain personal data ourselves. Any technical logs processed by our hosting provider are retained only for as long as needed for security and operational purposes, under Cloudflare's own retention practices.
6. Children's privacy
This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your country).
7. Third-party links
This site may link to third-party services, including our hosting provider or, in the future, social or download platforms for our software. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of any third-party site.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the site and our products evolve — for example, if we later add a newsletter, analytics, or user accounts for Nexus. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above, and where required by law, we will ask for your consent before introducing anything that needs it.
